Do I have to pay sales tax?
  You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  At the time you place your order, we receive an authorization to charge your credit card for the amount of purchase. This puts a temporary hold on the funds in your account for the amount of purchase. We do not actually finalize the charge to your card until we receive shipping confirmation from the warehouse. This may be the same day your order ships but may be up to a week later depending when we receiving shipping confirmation. Authorizations that are not finalized automatically expire at the end of 30 days.

Please note that, especially with debit cards, there are times when both the authorization as well as the finalized charge will show up on your account log. This does not mean that your account has been charged twice. Please let us know if this occurs and we will be happy to verify that your card has only been charged once.
