International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed. This is the amount of time it will take us to prepare your order for shipping. This time is in addition to the time it will take your order to actually ship from our warehouse to you. Choosing Overnight, 2nd Day or 3 Day shipping will only shorten the amount of time your order takes to get from our warehouse to you. These shipping options do not shorten the amount of time it takes to process and prepare your order for shipping. You must call us if you need expedited order processing.
What is the return policy?
  Merchandise may be returned for size exchange or store credit within 10 days from the time you receive your order. You will be charged for shipping when you exchange an item or use your store credit but we do not charge a restocking fee for exchanges or store credit. There is a 20% re-stock fee on merchandise returned for refund. If you need to return or exchange an item, please be sure to enclose a note explaining what you need.


Shipping charges are not refundable and are not included in the amount of your store credit.


We will not accept refused orders. If you miss the delivery of your order, and UPS or Fedex sends the package back to us, you will be charged for re-shipping your order.


We are not responsible for lost packages. If you package goes missing, we will be happy to start a trace to verify delivery to your address. However, if delivery is verified, we do not give free replacements for stolen or missing orders.


If you are returning an order that qualified for free shipping, the actual amount of shipping will be deducted from your refund and/or store credit.


If more than 10 days but less than 21 days have passed since your package shipped and you would like to exchange any of your items, you may return your item for store credit only. There will be absolutely no returns, exchanges, or store credit after 21 days.


Free shipping applies to orders of select merchandise over $99 only, and does not apply to the replacement items. You will be charged shipping on the exchanged order. For example, if you ordered an item and received free shipping, if you exchange that item for a different size, you will be charged appropriate shipping on your replacement order.


By law, Hosiery, stockings, pantyhose, panties, thongs, and G Strings are not returnable. Store credit is not available for costumes. Costumes are size exchange only. Rhinestone jewelry items are not returnable.


Items that have been worn, damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return or exchange.
